Objective:
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is intended to guide cooperation on agricultural research and development activities between the Participants. The scope of the proposed program of cooperation under this MOU may cover agricultural science, capacity building, and technology transfer supported by the Participants.
Approach:
The types of cooperative activities planned pursuant to this MOU may include:
• Natural resources and water management and conservation
• Crop protection and biological control
• Plant production, breeding, and genetic improvement
• Animal health and zoonotic diseases control
• Germplasm exchange and collection
• Aquaculture
• Biosecurity and biosafety
This list is not intended to be exhaustive, and the Participants intend to work together to investigate opportunities for collaboration under this MOU.
