Objective:
Examine the host range and impact of Citrus yellow vein clearing virus.
Approach:
Graft inoculate citrus cultivars with virus in greenhouse and record symptoms and measure growth reduction of plants; Reverse Transcription quantitative PCR; use growth chamber with different temperature regimes to determine effect on symptomatology and virus replication.
