Objective:
1. Develop genome sequencing applicatons for forage, range, and turf species.
2. Develop EST library, RNAseq library, and annotation for forage, range, and turf species.
3. Understand genomic structure of forage, range, and turf species.
Approach:
PacBio and Illumina platforms will be used for development and sequencing of genomic, cDNA, and genotyping libraries.
