Objective:
Determine approaches for high-throughput phenotyping and genomic prediction of forage and seed production traits of intermediate wheatgrass.
Approach:
The cooperator will supervise and direct graduate students that utilize remote sensing, phenotypic measurements, and genome sequencing data to develop methods and models for high-throughput phenotyping and genomic selection to improve seed production traits of intermediate wheatgrass.
