Objective:
Cooperator will apply OSU PRISM technology to create an updated USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map for 1991-2020 at a high resolution and in several digital formats.
Approach:
Create draft maps of 1991-2020 plant hardiness; Perform uncertainty analysis; Create standard deviation maps; Create documentation and web portal for Technical Review Team review; Conduct draft map review; Create separate maps for 1991-2005 and 2006-2020; Develop final maps; Create cartographic maps and images; Develop website information and datasets; and Complete documentation and wrap up.
