Objective:
Update the parameter database and the climate records for RUSLE2.
Approach:
The current RUSLE2 database will be moved to another, as yet determined, database. The database will be cleaned to remove redundancy and spelling errors, check for consistency, and ensure compatibility with the new web-based RUSLE2 under construction at Clemson University. Simultaneously, all climate records for the continental United States will be downloaded and processed to create updated climate files for all counties in the continental United States. Areas outside the continental United States will be assessed following the continental update.
