Objective:
To obtain purified antibody of sufficient quantity for testing and evaluation as a reagent in antibody dependent assays.
Approach:
Hybridoma cells will be shared with the cooperator. The cooperator will culture and subclone the cells to optimize antibody production then culture the cells to produce purified antibody reagents.
