Objective:
The objectives of the project are to investigate the systematics, genomics and phylogenetics of plant associated fungi.
Approach:
The ARS PI will provide DNA sequence data for analysis to the Cooperator. The project will focus on developing identification tools utilizing DNA sequence data and tools available in SciNet to: 1) Develop fungal genomic assemblies; and 2) Develop new tools for use in diagnostic assays or identifications.
