Objective:
Determine the extent of the emerging disease 'blackberry collapse' in Oregon blackberry fields.

Approach:
Scout blackberry fields in Oregon for plants with symptoms of 'blackberry collapse', use drone flights to map location of diseased plants in fields, and collect blackberry cane samples for isolation of fungal pathogens.
