Objective:
The objective of the research project is to evaluate culturing and application strategies for the biological control agent, Verticillium nonalfalfae.

Approach:
A series of laboratory and greenhouse studies will be conducted to determine the optimal culturing conditions and application methods for optimal efficacy of Verticillium nonalfalfae as a biological control agent for Ailanthus altissima (Tree-of-heaven).
