Objective:
The objective of this agreement is to update the EDIT application with modern software and explore the use indicators as part of state and transition models.
Approach:
The Approach of this project is update the software, test and de-bug the EDIT application, assist NRCS in migrating EDIT to other servers, and propose schema and examples for core monitoring indicator calculations and benchmarks that could be incorporated in EDIT in partnership with NRCS.
