Objective:
1. The filtered data will analyzed by using different softwares and references to explore the diversity of microbiome in samples
2. The final results will be delivered to USDA-ARS_AMRU in forms of figures, tables presentation/publication
Approach:
USDA-ARS will share the NGS data with our collaborator. A postdoc will be assigned specifically to analyze the data at UNL. The postdoc will conduct the NGS data analysis by using standard protocols on HCC platform and also make adjustment of protocol of data analysis to achieve our research goals with hight quality results if necessary.
