Objective:
The objectives are to: (1) release, evaluate the efficacy, and optimize Ramularia crupinae applications on diverse Crupina vulgaris field populations located in the Nez Perce Reservation, and (2) evaluate potential demographic impacts and the epidemiology of R. crupinae on C. vulgaris populations.

Approach:
(i) Establish Ramularia crupinae infections in common crupina field populations at trial sites located in the Nez Perce Tribe lands, and (ii) Optimize protocols for Ramularia crupinae field inoculations, and (iii) assess the establishment, impact, and epidemiology of Ramularia crupinae.
