Results suggest that using the VN test, chicken polyclonal antibodies to field isolates failed to neutralize strain ADOL-Hc1 of ALV-J However, such antibodies tested positive using a commercial ELISA specific for detection of antibody to ALV-J. Using IFA, monoclonal antibody against strain ADOL-Hc1 of ALV-J reacted with most of the field isolates tested. |
