Interpretive Summary:

Technical Abstract: This paper will present results using historical data of the Regional High Quality (RHQ) tests to analyze genotype (G) by environment (E) interactions in lint yield and seed quality traits. Relationships among testing locations were analyzed by lint yield across testing locations in the U.S. Cotton Belt. Environmental factors influencing the G × E effects were determined based on lint yield and weather data from testing locations. Relative contribution of G and E for seed oil, nitrogen, and gossypol contents were analyzed from the historical data of the RHQ.
