Technical Abstract: An overview update of the research done at USDA-ARS National Peanut Research Laboratory will be presented: including: the release of the Cercospora arachidicola genome, sequencing of Cercosporidium personatum, a workflow to study genetic diversity of aflatoxigenic Aspergillus, and progress on the use of RNA interference to control aflatoxins.
