Interpretive Summary: Two researchers, Randall et al. (2018) and Vereecke (2018), raised concerns about a paper published by Savory et al. (2017). Here, we respond to those concerns addressing each one in detail. No substantial changes were made to the original publication by Savory et al. (2017).
