Interpretive Summary: In this session, we discuss the topic of limited irrigation management strategies. Beginning with basics of soil water holding capacity and water balance concepts, we will expand these ideas into limited irrigation. How the water can be managed for limited water application, why timing matters, risks, basic economics, and sensing technologies and tools are all discussed.
