Technical Abstract: This presentation will cover recent developments in contamination detection and removal with emphasis on how this technology could be adapted to countries that are not as technologically advanced as the U.S. and Australia. Examples will be shown of the technology being used to remove plastic contamination and explain how other contaminates such as cotton plant materials, feathers, oil, and human hair maybe items which can be detected and removed with the technology.
