Technical Abstract: In this protocol, a comparative analysis was conducted on the chemical constituents of tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) essential oil (TTO) sourced from various commercial suppliers, as well as four other Melaleuca spp. oils (M. cajuputi, two chemotypes of M. quinquenervia, and M. ericifolia), using HPTLC.
