Topics including the principles of shoot tip cryotherapy, development of cryotherapy procedures, measurement of regrowth and pathogen detection as well as the efficacy of cryotherapy are described. It is intended as an overview of cryotherapy and its applicability for pathogen eradication, with key literature reviews provided as reference materials.
