It currently includes over 100,000 records in categories such as germplasm stocks, traits, phenotypes, loci, genetic maps, molecular probes, gene products, metabolic pathways, bibliographic references, and addresses of maize researchers. A recent addition is the documentation of quantitative trait loci. Examples of search scenarios and options for accessing MaizeDB will be presented. |
