Technical Abstract: The Water Resource Site Analysis Computer Program (SITES) and user guide is revised to handle all dams designed under Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) criteria that require flood routing. This guide assists the new or occasional user prepare input. Everything needed for a typical design or simulation run is contained in one section. The experienced user will find input for more complex structures and situations grouped into additional sections for a system of subdivided watersheds and sites in series, alternative input, and changes to program defined default values including criteria.
