Title | Isolation and evaluation of RNAs from peanut to identify genes that are important in drought resistance. | |
Description | Extract RNA from peanut leaves collected from drought-treated peanut plants and evaluate quantity and quality utilizing various analytical equipments. | |

Description | Compile datasets consisting of weather, soil, management, inputs and cotton quality paramenters, and conduct preliminary analysis on the compiled datasets. | |

Project | Isolation and identification of bacteria from peanut hulls. | |
Description | Use sterile technique to isolate and purify bacterial isolates, perform PCR amplification of the 16SrDNA, clone fragments, send for sequencing, identify. | |
