     TitleIsolation and evaluation of RNAs from peanut to identify genes that are important in drought resistance.

    ProjectPhysiological responses of cotton quality parameters to environmental variables.
 DescriptionCompile datasets consisting of weather, soil, management, inputs and cotton quality paramenters, and conduct preliminary analysis on the compiled datasets.

 DescriptionUse sterile technique to isolate and purify bacterial isolates, perform PCR amplification of the 16SrDNA, clone fragments, send for sequencing, identify.
