The staff at IPRL were excited to be able to gather again together after the COV-19 breakout. This was our first in-person Outreach Activity since February 2020.

 

To celebrate Earth Month this year the IPRL restored a unique Broward County tropical habitat called Fern Forest Nature Center Wednesday 04/13/22. Volunteers assisted Broward County Parks staff in removing the invasive Tectaria incisa from the plant habitat to provide space for future rare Florida native fern reintroductions.
