Mission

Geospatial and Environmental Epidemiology Research Unit (GEERU) will harness advances in geospatial analysis, and artificial intelligence/machine learning to focus on new approaches to cropping practices, predictive biology, and disease epidemiology. The GEERU will coordinate with Mississippi State University to develop capabilities for research using new tools; and develop new insights by combining multiple streams of data and information.
The Geospatial and Environmental Epidemiology Research Unit is located in Mississippi State, MS and is part of the Southeast Area.
