Yolanda serves as the Information Technology contact person. She maintains, repairs and troubleshoots personal computer. She manages network connectivity, assists with computer hardware and software problems, handles computer setups/exchanges, installs hard drives and components, and assists with various other computer questions and problems. She works with Area and Location IT specialists in maintaining security and data file access. Yolanda creates and maintains web pages for Southern Insect Management Research Unit according to Agriculture Research Services regulations. She assists with visual aide to meet scientists' specification. Yolanda serves as the back-up person for clerical duties and as Concur travel reviewer. She instructs employees on how to create password and assists with Aglearn profiles for SIMRU's employees.
