OSQR - Office of Scientific Quality Review:
The Office of Scientific Quality Review (OSQR) addresses the external peer-review process mandated by Congress and used within ARS to plan and approve research. For more information contact PA Program Analyst, Barbra McGraw.
Note: The Area Program Analyst (PA) assists scientists and administrative staff to prepare documents used in the OSQR process and transactions entered into ARIS. The PA also assists scientists, administrative staff and external panel members to prepare for and conduct expert reviews (see below).
