Registration Walk-through
The registration process is rather long, so for ease, please follow the step-by-step guide below:
At the bottom of the Page 1, you will be given the option of which Registration fee level you wish to chose. Click the open circle next to the one you want and click on the +ADD TO CART button.
This will take you to Page 2 where you choose your Excursion. Again, click on the open circle next to the one you want and click on the Submit button. If you do not want to go on an Excursion, you can leave the circles blank and just click directly onto Submit.
This will take you to Page 3. Here you choose your optional fees. You can select the number of banquet tickets, accompanying person registration fees and the number of tickets for your chosen excursion using the drop-down menu in the Quantity column. If you have already registered for the ISAZ meeting, which is immediately after ISAE, you will have been sent a Coupon Code, which you can enter in the box to receive the combined registration discount. The Membership Number box does not need to be filled. Once you are happy with your selection, click on the PROCEED TO CART button.
This will take you to Page 4, your cart, where you can review your selection. You can go back and edit both the Excursion choice, using the REVIEW SESSIONS button, and the number of Banquet, Excursion and Accompanying Person Fees using the EDIT FEES button if necessary. When you are happy with your selection, click on the CHECKOUT button.
On Page 5, as a first time visitor, you will need to set up your account. You do this by clicking on the Create an Account link in the grey box.
On Page 6, enter your name and chosen password, click SUBMIT
On Page 7, you enter the contact information that you want to provide. There is no need to give 2 full addresses if you don't want to, but 1 full address including a phone number, is required in case we need to get in touch with you about your registration. When you're happy, click SUBMIT.
On Page 8, you enter the credit card number and billing address associated with the card with which you wish to pay, and click SUBMIT.
On Page 9, you are asked some additional questions that help with the conference planning, concerning dietary preferences, the names of any accompanying persons that you included in your fees and whether you will be accompanied by an assistance dog. Select the appropriate response and click SUBMIT
On Page 10, you opt to accept the terms of use and click SUBMIT
On Page 11, you verify everything is how you want it to be and click Process Registration
