Custom programs

Here are provided some of the custom programs (cp) referenced in the carrot genome materials and methods. Please be aware that these are not general purpose programs, they are highly specific to our analyses, and they are provided for informative purposes only.

Please note that all programs have a ".txt" extension added because this USDA web site is unable to properly handle some file extensions, and to avoid problems in the event that your browser may not be configured properly to display it.
