Multispectral Imagery

The images provided here are scaled RGB composites of the aircraft NS001, acquired June 18, and a SPOT image, acquired on July 3, 1992. The raw NS001 and TIMS data reside on 9 CDROMs at the USDA ARS Hydrology Lab. Analysis and interpretation of these data requires referencing flight logs to interpret file names and necessary aircraft parameters. This is a very large data set and not much has been done with it to date. A compilation of the flight logs for the C130 during Washita'92 has been prepared. Click here for a pdf version of the flight logs. A set of tables in the flight logs includes the time of coverage and file descriptions for the NS001 and TIMS instruments. Image files showing the flightline layouts that were provided with the logs are available through the log.
