Mission:
NCAUR invents new uses of agricultural commodities for industrial and food products, develops new technology to improve environmental quality, and provides technical support to Federal regulatory and action agencies. The Office of Center Director is responsible for overall direction and coordination of the research program. It also facilitates technology transfer and provides research support services such as library, safety, health, facilities engineering, laboratory maintenance, purchasing, accounting, personnel, and computer networking. The Office of Center Director has oversight of a centralized Chemical Storeroom, vehicles, mailroom, duplicating, and utilities.
