Mission:
The Unit provides the full range of administrative support to ARS scientists at this Location. Establishment of the Location was mandated by Congress in the FY 2004 Senate Appropriations Committee Report. The Location conducts research on development of environmentally-sound Practices for managing agricultural and animal wastes, in partnership with Western Kentucky University at Bowling Green, KY.
