Rosemary earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana. In 2021, she relocated to the United States to pursue a master’s degree in Chemistry at Illinois State University, Normal. During her time there, she worked as a Research Assistant under the supervision of Dr. Christopher Mulligan, developing ambient ionization mass spectrometric methods for applications in environmental monitoring and protection, forensics, homeland security and defense.

In December 2023, she joined the USDA-ARS MPM Unit as an ORISE Research Participant working on a collaborative project with Dr. Martha Vaughan, Dr. Mark Busman, Dr. Joseph Opoku and our stakeholders at the North American Millers Association.
