The task force serves in an advisory capacity to the Area Director by helping to formulate and recommend activities and processes which will expand diversity recruitment efforts in the PA, enhance quality of life issues within the PA, and increase employee awareness of diversity, EEO/CR, and conflict resolution.  Additionally, each member serves as a contact for diversity-related issues and task force initiatives at their location.
