Interpretive Summary:

Technical Abstract: The Bottom Line Ag Summit is an annual conference that brings together researchers and practitioners to share knowledge to a broader audience. Panel discussions focus on the research projections of newer scientists at the USDA-ARS Northern Great Plains Research Laboratory. These include research on plants and ecometabolomics, agronomy, perennial strips, change and adaptation in ag, and livestock nutrition/supplement strategies. The two panels are complemented by an update on research conducted at the Area IV Research Farm, and talks from other academic, agency, and private partners. Collectively, presentations and panels highlight current research and inform producers of the most up-to-date research that could impact the bottom line in their farming and ranching operations.
