Linkage data for four of the MS were presented earlier. Markers flanking the remaining two on chromosome 7 and 24 are presented here. All assignments either orient or confirm orientation of linkage groups relative eto the centromere. A comparison of physical assignments and linkage intervals was possible on chromosome 5 (3 loci, 38 cM) and 13 (2 loci, 6 cM). |
