Mission:
The mission of the Residue Chemistry and Predictive Microbiology Research Unit is to develop innovative, highly effective, efficient, and robust methods of chemical analysis, predictive microbiological models and intervention technologies to mitigate risks, enhance quality, extend the shelf-life of raw and ready-to-eat foods, and transfer these technologies to stakeholders to ensure a safe and high quality food supply.
