Hop Chemistry Summaries

Here is a table of hop cultivars that have been evaluated for resin chemical composition by the USDA-ARS hop program.  Click on a cultivar or accession number to access the information that the program has collected for that genotype.  Please note that some cultivars have more than one entry.  For example, Brewer's Gold has two entries: the 'original' cultivar (19001) and the virus free ('vf') entry (21116).  Cultivars are arranged alphabetically but you can use your brower's search function to find entries by accession number.
